Introduction

The B.A. / B.Sc. in Physical Education program at Smt. Indira Gandhi College aims to develop skilled, disciplined, and health-conscious individuals capable of contributing to education, fitness, and sports management.

The curriculum integrates theory, practice, and research in physical fitness, sports science, and health education, focusing on building both physical competence and academic understanding
