Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry

The Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry is a postgraduate programme designed to provide advanced knowledge and practical expertise in the core branches of Chemistry including Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Spectroscopy, Environmental Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Dynamics, and Analytical Techniques.

The programme emphasizes both theoretical understanding and laboratory-based learning through advanced practical courses, research projects, scientific investigations, and dissertation work. Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or an equivalent Science degree from a recognized University.
  • Applicants should have studied Chemistry as a major subject at the undergraduate level.
  • Admission shall be granted according to University norms and eligibility regulations in force from time to time.
  • Students from allied science disciplines may be considered subject to University rules and equivalency requirements.
