The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Physical Education is a multidisciplinary programme that focuses on physical fitness, sports sciences, health education, sports psychology, anatomy and exercise physiology, sports management, biomechanics, athletic training and research methods. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical understanding of sports, wellness, recreation, injury prevention and physical performance, preparing students for careers in teaching, coaching, fitness training, sports administration, health promotion and higher studies in physical education and sports sciences.
Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Physical Education must fulfill the eligibility requirements prescribed by the College and the University.
