Message from the IQAC Coordinator

Quality assurance is a continuous and collaborative process that requires the commitment of all stakeholders. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Smt. Indira Gandhi PG College functions as a central mechanism for planning, monitoring, and documenting initiatives aimed at strengthening academic quality, administrative efficiency, and institutional effectiveness.

Guided by the vision and mission of the College, the IQAC actively promotes learner-centric teaching–learning practices, faculty development, research engagement, digital integration, and student support systems. Through structured planning, systematic review, and evidence-based decision-making, the Cell ensures that quality benchmarks are embedded across all academic and administrative processes.

The IQAC places strong emphasis on stakeholder participation. Feedback from students, faculty members, alumni, parents, and other stakeholders is carefully analyzed and translated into actionable strategies for continuous improvement. Regular internal reviews, audits, and documentation further support transparency, accountability, and informed governance.

I take this opportunity to acknowledge the sincere efforts of the Principal, faculty members, administrative staff, students, and all committee members whose active cooperation and commitment make quality enhancement an ongoing institutional practice. The IQAC remains dedicated to fostering an academic environment that encourages excellence, innovation, inclusivity, and holistic development.
