Overview
Smt. Indira Gandhi PG College has constituted dedicated Equity and Inclusion Cells to ensure equal access, fair treatment, and inclusive participation of all students in academic and institutional life.
These Cells function as structured support mechanisms for students belonging to socially, economically, and educationally diverse backgrounds, ensuring that institutional practices remain inclusive, accessible, and non-discriminatory.
The Cells work in coordination to promote equity, social justice, diversity, and student empowerment through awareness, facilitation, mentoring, counseling, and grievance redressal.
